Commanders for Israel's Security, comprised of 300 retired IDF generals, Mossad, Shin Bet and Police equivalents, conducted an in-depth study of the consequences of unilateral annexation of the West Bank.

A brief composed by J Street, an American pro-Israel, pro-peace advocacy organisation, on what annexation by this Israeli government might look like and what its consequences could be.

Yesh Din, and Israeli Human Rights organisation, highlights some of the major impacts Israeli annexation of all or part of the West Bank could have on Palestinians’ rights.

Experts from the Israeli think tank, the Institute or National Security Studies, argue that annexation will not improve the State of Israel's strategic situation and its ability to cope with current and future strategic challenges. On the contrary, it will undermine its founding vision as a Jewish, democratic, secure, and moral state that seeks peace with its neighbours.
